We understand that the decision to explore selling your business is sensitive. Your employees don’t know. Your customers don’t know. Your competitors don’t know. And you want to keep it that way.
This page explains exactly how we handle your information — what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do.
What we collect
When you use our assessment tools, we collect the information you voluntarily provide:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Business name and industry
- Approximate revenue range and profit margin
- State and city
- Your quiz responses
We also capture how you arrived at the site (UTM parameters from email campaigns or ads) so we can understand which outreach efforts are working. We do not install tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics.
What we do with it
Your information is used for two purposes only:
- Generate your personalized report. Your quiz answers and business details are processed to create your Exit Readiness Score, valuation estimate, or growth roadmap.
- Follow up with relevant resources. If you provide your email, we may send you your results and related information about exit planning. You can opt out at any time.
What we will never do
- We will never sell your information to third parties, data brokers, or lead aggregators.
- We will never share your identity with brokers, buyers, competitors, or anyone else without your explicit permission.
- We will never publish or disclose that you used this tool or that you’re considering selling your business.
- We will never contact your employees, customers, or partners based on information you provide here.
- We will never pressure you into a conversation, listing agreement, or commitment of any kind.
How your data is stored
Your responses are transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in private systems (Google Sheets and email platforms) with access limited to Ryan Williams at NWI (Next Wave Integrations). No one else has access to your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your data at any time. No questions asked. Email ryan@nextwaveintegrations.com and we’ll handle it within 48 hours.
Why this matters
